PACIFIC SALMON / CHUM SALMON

Typical Coloration - Silvery sides with a green or blue back and white tips on the ventral and anal fins. Some black speckling may be present, and faint indications of a vertical bar pattern may be visible.

LONGNOSE SKATE

Highly flattened body. Long pointed snout. Leading edges of pectoral fins are concave near tip of snout, convex around head and have a second more defined concavity behind head before extending outward to free tips. Trailing edge of pectorals broadly rounded. Pelvic fins distinct.

EEL

Glass Eel Stage: Transparent snake-like body, with pink gills and visible digestive tract. Pointed head. Pectoral fins present. Size up to 4 inches in lenght.

MUD CRAB

Mud crabs are originally mangrove dwellers but now widely farmed in ponds with brackish water. They range in size from tiny babies to the giants at about 1.2 kilogram a piece. They have medium to firm textured meat with a delicate sweet flavor.

BLUE CRAB

This is commonly known as "Alimasag" in the Philippine islands. This is a sea crab with white spotted shell, and a web or flat fin at the tip of its hindmost legs that allow it to swimming the sea.

OCTOPUS

Considered the most intelligent of all invertebrates, the common octopus is found in the tropical and temperate waters of the world's oceans. They can grow to about 4.3 feet (1.3 meters) in lenght and weigh up to 22 pounds (10 kilograms), although averages are much smaller.

YELLOW-FIN TUNA

Yellow-fin tuna reach a maximum size of 450 pounds. Yellow-fin have thick round, elongated bodies, dark blue or black above with yell on the sides and fins tinged in yellow with the finlets yellow and can be found in both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.
